Can my parcel be tracked?

Yes. Every parcel in our store can be tracked. If you don’t find it, please feel free to contact us to help you.

Is there any customs tax?

Usually we declare the minimum value to avoid customs tax, it is needn’t for small parcels. But due to different policies in different countries, there might be customs tax that should be paid by buyer .So you could leave a message when placing the order about how much value you would like to declare.

Is there any discount for bulky order?

Yes ,we can provide wholesale price. If you need more or you want customized products, you can Email to us or contact us by  Trademanager, we will reply you within 24 hours(except holiday)

Do you support drop shipping?

Yes, we support drop shipping. You leave us the receiver’s address and phone number on Aliexpress when you order, then we will send out the package according to the address you have left.

Why the logistics are so slow to some countries?

All of our products almost have no profit, and we ship them for free to most countries, so we can’t afford expensive Express, Such as DHL ,FedEx, UPS , TNT, EMS. We choose relatively favorable China Post Air Mail or Singapore Post 4PX, normally it takes about 15-35 days in most of regions of the world ,only few remote areas need more time for the delivery, please wait patiently. If you are in urgent need of our products, you can also choose DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, but you should pay corresponding logistics fees. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
