1. Could I need pay for customs duty?

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. But We normally declare the lower price on the invoice/bill to help avoid custom duty. usually we declare “warranty repaired phone”, “RMA Phone” /”Android phone” ,”Refurbished phone” ,”Secondhand phone” or others’ low value on the invoice/bill to help avoid customs duty.If the parcel get strictly inspected by customs, you need to pay tax to clear customs. We won’t bear the customs tax.The cost of return or lost parcel would be on buyer due to reject cutoms clearance.If you have special request, please let me know. We don’t accept dispute of customs problem.  

2. This phone have  Google Services and Multi-language ? 

All our phones Support Multi-language. (but the language localization may not be 100% accurate and there can be English words for some MENU, please be noted.) We’ll open the box to check every phone carefully, install multi-language ROM and Google Play Store of it. 

The customized Rom is not perfect, not support OTA update,not 100% in your language,some of apps and settings are still in English or Chinese. We may update the ROM,so the OS version may different from the screenshots.We don’t accept dispute of google and OTA System update problem.

4. About mobile phone packing:

We need to open the original sealed box to check the phone function and install custom Multi-language ROM and Google play store, some ROM may not support OTA Update.

So the phone will come unsealed. But they are 100% brand new Guaranteed.

5. Why the phone’s real memory is less?

The actual available internal phone storage is less than specified data because the android System and Apps take space. For example, the phone Rom is 32GB, but the free space is only 28GB or less.

We can’t accept dispute for ROM/RAM data difference.

About The System update : All the phones produced in China like the Letv/ ZTE/ Nubia/MEITU and so on ,when we get phones from factory, they only support English and Chinese.So we will open the Box to install the multi-language.if buyer update the system,it will lose multi-language,then cause the phone only support English and Chinese.Therefore,we don’t suggest you update the phone system.

For The Customs : The aliexpress stipulates custom clearance is the buyer responsibility ,We will declare lower price on the invoice / bill try to help buyer avoid the custom tax . but if the parcel get strict in spected by custom. Buyer still need to go to make the customs clearance and pay the tax ,We won’t bear the

customs taxes. If buyer choose the DHL shipping ,The freight not include the DHL remote cost ,custom tax, or any commission charged by DHL for custom clearance or ware- house storage cost.

4.About the Mobile Phone a parts of APP language: We sell Chinese brand mobile phone ZTE,Nubia,Huawei,LeEco(Letv),Oneplus,Vivo,360,Gionee,Koobee and so on, there built-in some Pre-install APPs from factory, because of these Apps are all locked by manufactor,can’t change the languages,only show the chinese,this is the normal phenomenon.  We can’t accept the dispute about the”System language is not as described” 

5.For The Remote Cost :Becasue of some buyer’s address belong to the remote place ,so the DHL shipping company will asked buyer pay the remote delivery cost 33$,this is the DHL requested not us ,please noted it.

6.If buyer want to cancel the orders: Please select the reason to be, “I do not want to make this order.” “Processing time my expectations.” Or “other reasons.” Because there will be less than the process for those reasons, so you get your money early, Thank you.

7.How to get the phone ? Please open the parcel at post officer’s presence, if the parcel damaged or empty (stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document , especially the claim request paper.
